You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you ordered.
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw. The easiest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” button in Settings, available for the first 14 days. You can also email hello@whisperschart.com, write to SIA “Silver Spoon”, Brāļu Kaudzīšu iela 25-74, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia, or call . You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You are in time if you send your message before the 14 days are over.
We refund everything you paid us, in full, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the same payment method, at no cost to you. Your subscription ends at once and no further payment is taken.
The 14-day right applies once, when you first order. It does not start again when the first month ends, because the €14 monthly price is shown before you order.
Separately from withdrawal, you can cancel at any time in Settings, on the “Cancel subscription” page linked at the bottom of every page, or by email. Access continues until the end of the month you already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
